Copy a selection: alt + F4
Copy a track: shift + F4
Copy a pattern: ctrl + F4

Paste a selection: alt + F5

First make a selection of what you want to copy, either by selecting it with the mouse, or scrolling through the pattern, while holding the alt key. (the selected area will turn blue.

Alt + F4 to copy.

Go to the position where you want to copy to.

Alt + F5 to paste.

Good luck

No problem, I like stupid questions ... those are easy to answer.

If there's anything else, just ask away.
