Hello.
I want to add skm music to my game.
You offer a DLL in the SDK. I really like it!
But I would rather like to use a static library.
Are you going to release one? |

Sorry KI, only a DLL version will be released. Is there a special reason why you need a static library version? |

What a pity.
There is no special reason. I'm just searching for a possibility to play tracker music in a little program without the need for a dll.
I tried the source of mikmod v3.something. But for unaccountable reasons there is a high latency when starting or stoping a song in my Win32 application. However...
That doesn't matter now. I found a solution.
I using fmod now. They offer the full source code of a small XM replay system called MINIFMOD. It works good for me. (only xm supported!)
