NOTE: this is for v0.81 only

The following is a short explanation of how to use instrument colors and the options available.

  • Turning on/off instrument colors
Use the "colors" button on the right side of the upper part of the screen. When it's turned on the button has a red color.
  • Changing the color for an instrument
You use the control key (CTRL) and left mouse button (LMB) to change the color of an instrument. Press CTRL (and hold), click (and hold) with the LMB on the instrument name you want to change the color of and drag the mouse over the instrument name, from left/right, to change the color.
  • Resetting an instrument color
To reset a color of an instrument, use CTRL-LMB on the instrument number. the color will be reset to white.
  • Saving colors
When saving an instrument as .SKM, the color is stored as well.
!!! This is for 0.81 versions and higher only !!!

happy painting!
