I have so much "clicks" and "booms" when using vst effects...can you do something this that? On playing it's not so terrible - but also on .wav!?? I can't render my songs at norm quality...

If i turning on "note off" in instrument ops - its getting better...But not perfect

Yeah, I'm already thinking about jumping to another tracker. But It's sooooo hard to restore all tons of instruments, sound settings and etc in another... Also I have big quantity of material saved in .skm what i need to use...

Reason can open .xm or others?

Another good alternative would be Renoise. It's a tracker like Skale, somewhat different GUI and commands though, but much more functional with many more features and usability, fully working VSTi and VST support and so on and so forth.

Use RENOISE.
It works with *.XM file format. I converted all my *.SKM projects to *.XM and reedited them in RENOISE.

Renoise is a true tracker beast. A must have app.
