Hello...
I just finished and uploaded a new song. It's an orchestral strings track programmed with Skale tracker.

You can find it in the link below...it's called "Intro"

The Sound is very professional. And this intro sequence too.

But my question is: Did you use regular samples ?. Seems, you controled with Sk@le your Sampler. I tried that with my Akai S2800i too. Works very fine.
Skale controls the midi controlers. And in fact it is Sk@le's most stable mode (when skale controls a sampler only).

By the way: It is a shame that I did not use my Sampler, but it is a reason of Skale's stability in studios like Nuendo or Cubase. I need them, when I want to record the sampler sound.
If there is a stable version outthere I think I will use my sampler not only for experimental things.

At the end I have to say again: Good Song.

I liked the strings/string attack sound, quite realistic but I think you're overusing the latter in the end. I was bored right there, just before the end and before that it was all interesting . The high tremolo strings were awesome and you managed to gradually bring more motion and energy to the song, I liked it. It would have been interesting to hear a bigger variation of orchestral instruments since the level of composition was pretty good. So you could elaborate it some. But these are only suggestions, it's a good piece anyway.

Hey guys.... i just realised after one year that there were replies to my post.
Sorry about that.
Thanks to all for you kind words.

The song is completely programmed in skale tracker and i used samples from garritans orchestral strings (AKAI).

If anyone is interested you can still listen to the song here:
www.soundclick.com/detachedgr

The rest of the songs in that page are different style (metal) and for all of them i used skale tracker to program bass, drums and strings.
